DP Tuner question

I have decided to buy a SCT x4 tuner from DP tuners and also get the custom 60 HP towing and the 80 HP DD tune. I have not studded and Jody at DP says I will be ok with these tunes.( we will see I guess.
My question is.............
DP has on their site that they don't condone "Rolling Coal" and neither do I but that they do not write tunes for deleted EPA crap.....(Paraphrase) .

I currently have my EGR but plan to delete it soon. If I get the DP tunes is this an issue? Will the SCT X 4 take care of the code for no EGR even when running the DP tunes?
Just want the facts before I drop the coin.
Thanks for the advice

I could be wrong, but I think they may be speaking more specifically about DPF delete.

Specific to DPF deletes. I will change it to be more specific.
