Bulletproof questions

I am going to start on my truck in the winter I have already changed stc dummy plugs and standpipes due to no hot start I do not have a programmer and don't want one I am just gonna do a egr delete and updated oil cooler take my stock straight pipe off and go with 5" straight with 4" down pipe and blue spring and 6.4 banjos my question is should I be alright without studs plus I don't really pull anything just god awful heavy I'm doing all the work myself and really don't have the equipment to do studs

Alot of guys run the truck for a bunch of miles without studs and are just fine. But it all depends on what you are looking to do with the truck. If you are gonna tune the truck then you are probably gonna eventully have head gasket issue's. Yes they do sell non studed freindly tunes but its a matter of time.
You might think about doing some simple headgasket test to check your health. If you are for sure that you dont have any problems you might get away with doing the ole pull a bolt/install a stud. You dont have to pull the head. This is not a popular way to guy but it has worked for me so far.
I think the 6.4 banjo bolts have been found to not be worth the time.
What are you thinking about with the upgraded oil cooler?

I'm probably going to do the updated oem and I know it's to much for a stock truck anyways but programmers scare the crap out of me to many problems with other people's stuff but they were running like 160 hp tunes on stock trucks but I'm satisfied with the power and when I got my truck I didn't think 6.0 were that bad I have had three 03 one egr cooler at 15,000 miles it now has 80,000 no issues but its babied we still have it and a 05 it had 12,000 lbs hooked to it at all times and I beat the sh** out of it from new till 70,000 miles till I got rid of it now I got an 06 until I read up on my hot start issue I didn't think 6.0 had many issues but now I do
