SCT!!!!!!!!

I got my sct and i downloaded all the software and stuff i go to the updater cause i just got it and i go to update firmware and it frezez.

I don't know about the X3 but my Livewire will freeze up and it is a memory card inside that comes loose. Don't know if that is the case here or not.

I did all the instruction and installed everything and when i go to firmware it frezzez . and i have also pluged it in and held the cancel button and tried to update and it does the not responding thing that windows does. so i pluged it back in and went to device info and it frezez or the notresponding. but when i plug it in the screen is still blank but lights up.
