HELP!? SCT updateing and downloading

Everytime i try to download the sct update softwear at sctflash.com it starts to do it and then it pops up "Error 1721 There is a problem with this install to complete could not be run. contact your support personnel or package vendor." Anybody els have this prob??? or anyone know what this means?

hope its something simple! my strokers waiting on that custom tune

are you trying to upload the tune from your computer to your SCT?

you got to take the tune (file) and save it to your documents or someplace in another folder.Then open the SCT program software and go to Live Load Tunes then find the tune thats in whatever folder you put it in and click it.Finally your going to have a screen that pops up that saids 1. 2. 3. cause you can save up to 3 tunes so if this is your 1st tune that at spot #1 type in the name of the tune you want it to be and it program then it should be on your SCT what ever name you type in that is whats going to show up on the SCT.
