SCT and egr delete Q

I see for the 06 6.0 I just did a egr cooler plug mod on tossed an egr low flow code. so w that being said do I need a custom tune along with a SCT programmer to remove low flow testing in the ecm? or is that fuction avail to me with just buying the tuner? I don't really see anything about it on the SCT site and I need an answer for this guy who spent 2k for this egr mod oil cooler replcmnt and a few other things while I had it in the shop.
EDIT: what about anyone just doing a mail order tune where they send some flash tuner and I mail it back when loaded? all we need is the egr testing removed and a light tow tune

Something for u to laugh at is Im a ford certified diesel tech after taking a job and sitting in a chair at the pc w no work just taking online tests a gfew years back
Needles to say I only stayed 4 months making nothing. But HEY I left w an assload of ford certs

You pretty much have to buy a tuner as they are vin locked to a vehicle making what you want to do impossible unless you want to pay $150.00 to unlock, you can do that to the FICM but not the ECM. The good news is that you can pick up a used SCT 3015 for around $200.00 bucks on e-bay.
