Your gonna see HP with the sticks but MPG is gonna drop mostly because of your right foot...
The intercooler and fuel system are supporting mods that will be needed later and wouldn't hurt to have now. I think the turbo is just a compressor wheel upgrade so that's not worth it IMO. I would rather just buy a bigger turbo later on.... |

i'd start with some supporting mods, the fuel system and oil bypass and coolant bypass, those are my next moves

I would hold off on this. Unless your just wanting the sound and about an extra 15 hp, your not going to be getting a whole lot. Sound is cool, but I would just hold off on doing this, eventually you'll probably want a bigger a/m turbo anyway to scream down the interstate instead of screaming around the sub-division.
This is what I did first after head studs, but I also added an RR kit(which is something you'll want to do, it actually needs to be on there for the stock sticks, but for sure if you do modified ones). Their intercooler is one of the better things that they make. I actually prefer the Spearco with the materials it's made out of, but I prefer the substance of the Banks. If you go sticks, you'll have to do this eventually. With me it was 2 months after sticks before I saw a drop in fuel psi. I would also add an in-cab fuel psi gauge as well(I had one thankfully and that's how I noticed a drop in pressure). |

are you going to have to pay for labor? for a grand you might be able to get parts for an egr delete and a regulated return. i see you have sticks on the way. as for the intercooler thats a waste of money at the moment. sticks are going to cost more than a grand but if you can hold off on the install on the studs untill you get the egr delete, regulated return kit and sticks you could have them install them while they have it apart. its alot easier to do everything when the cab is off.

i am not to worried about the labor i know a few people around here that are diesel mechanics and some work in shops others work at the dealer but yeah i got around a $1000 give or a take a few hundred lol...motoxracer42 you make a good point with the cab off
