EGR delete and SCT

Could i somehow run my stock program with an sct and still tune out the egr code? plan on doing this when i delete the egr after warrenty

Call one of the vendors or tuners and ask if they could write a stock with just EGR delete

I did that with a tranny only file when I ran a Quad module.
