Autometer Boost gauge
alright so i got my gauges put in a few days ago all of them work great besides the boost gauge, after about 10 pounds the needle starts to get jumpy i use silcone on all the fittings when i ran it to the map sensor and i use teflon tape on the fitting that goes on the back of the gauge..anyone got any ideas whats going on?

If your intake is tapped, (the one in your sig should be), run your boost line to the intake and see if that doesn't take care of it.

yeah mine kinda does the same after 15 lbs, i ran mine to the map sensor and i just figured thats why it does it..ill probably sometime run it to my elbow.

I had mine in my map sensor and it jumped like that, when I put my IC on the hot pipe was tapped and I put the boost line in there and it fixed the jumping

my intake isnt tape but ill tape into it and run that boost line to it, that should make it more accurate right?i have a stock boost gauge one and its ok but i can already see the autometer is a couple more pounds accurate.but yeah when i a chance and not freezing outside ill get out on that
