My 6.0 doesn't whistle at all??

Alright so my 6.0 powerstroke won't whistle at all. It's got an 03 turbo and stage 2 batmowheel. 4 inch straight pipe into an 8 inch tip. How can I make it whistle?
May be a dumb question but I love the whistle these 6.0s give off

2004 king ranch 6.0
ARP HEAD STUDS
-EGR DELETE
-NEW OIL COOLER
-190cc INDUSTRIAL INJECTION INJECTORS
-03 TURBO with STAGE 2 BILLET BATMOWHEEL
-CAT COOLANT
-NEW GLOW PLUGS
-STAGE 5 SUNCOAST TRANSMISSION
-SRAIGHT PIPE

Who's tuning are you running?

2004 6.0 ccsb Warren 430/150 hybrids, Warren Comp Trans, Warren Dual Hpop, Billet S475 w/race cover, Marty's A1000 Fuel System, Colt stage 2 and all the other supporting stuff

Sounds like your VGT isn't closing. What's your VGT duty cycle at idle and under power? Does the truck seem very laggy and smokey? Are you sure your VGT solenoid is plugged in?

Solenoids are good, im thinking maybe it's the tip, put a smaller tip on it or just cut the tip of to reduce the echo it's giving off now

It's not the tip, when is the last time you had the turbo off and cleaned?

There's only one solenoid. You didn't answer what the duty cycle was. It could also be the MAP line pulled off or a coked up turbine side causing the Vanes to stick. How are you sure it's none of these?

Also, how does the truck drive? Is it laggy, smokey? Did you install the 03' turbo and then noticed no whistle ?
