When in doubt, stick another probe in the same location and compare. That's what I did when I switched from the CTS to a Dashboss. When I made the change, I also did a turbo swap and my EGTs were unbelieveably low. So rather than post how awesomely low they were, I bought a Glow Shift Max Tow EGT probe and compared the two readings. The two probes confirmed each other so I was happy with the info I was receiving.
