4" diamond eye exhaust hitting transmission dipstick tube

I installed the diamond eye 4" exhaust on my truck and noticed that the pipe is hitting the transmission dipstick tube. Is this installer error or normal? And yes , Im the installer! I would think this would transfer unwanted heat to the transmission. Any words of advice. Thanks.

More likely it's going to cause an unwanted noise or vibration, eventually causing one of the 2 pieces to rub through. I had this problem too with my magnaflow kit, I was able to "bend" the dipstick enough to just clear the piping. You don't want to break the tube, just clearance it a bit.

Good to know. I will see what I can do to make a little room around it. Thanks.
