Banks six gun trouble codes. HELP????

hey guys ive got an 06 6.0 superduty with 30k on it. intake exhaust no other mods. i just put a banks six gun tuner with the speed loader on my truck. i bought it used so i think its a little older model. anyways all the connections are correct and checked twice but i am getting a 3,4 code which says to check the 46 pin connector however it has been checked and there is nothing wrong. any ideas? i have been told it may have to be re-flashed because it is an older model? any help? am i in the right place. thanks a lot.

Which version is it? is it the PDA or the old one?

its the older one i guess. it doesnt have the pda

Check Banks website but Im not sure that one will work with the 06

I thought code 3,4 was the thermocoupler not detected.
I have the Six Gun with Speedloader on my truck.

I would try Banks they do have updates for there tuner's although i don't know how you would do it with out the PDA. Check pin's to see if any are broken?
