A blank cap for EGR Valve

Does anybody know where I can get a cap that covers the hole where the egr valve goes so I dont have to have the valve anymore.

Just mod the EGR up-pipe and prevent EGR cooler issues. Your plug will still allow HOT exhaust gases to enter the cooler. THEY don't go anywhere with that plug, as you drive the rising temps could cause a EGR cooler failure or boil the coolant.

If you mod the pipe that hot exhaust goes right where it belongs...to the turbo. Want to get rid of some turbo lag? MOD the up-pipe, it's not rocket science.

The Valve is an actuator and is fully closed when disconnected. If not Warried about the soot plugging the cooler I would leave mine of more often. Millage is better when running low speeds. On High speed I believe that its closed anyway. Idling is a killer for EGR system. Ford has a warning of no Idling for periods of time as it will cause EGR troubles. So I never Idle mine.
