i could see it keeping under hood temps down a bit but actually increasing mileage? if there was, probably nothing you would ever notice. especially for 115 dollars. i do, however, like to be proven wrong on things like this cause then i can buy one after!

Summit has a turbo wrap kit as well but I don't think it's that much. Might check that out.

I think its a bunch of chit. But someone should prove me wrong.

The Turbo Sock helps control radiant heat, spools turbo faster and makes cooler intake air temperatures which results in more horsepower and torque. You will notice an instant difference after you install the Turbo Sock. These do work, buy one, and if you don't like it, call me, you can ship the blanket back within 3 weeks of date of purchase and i'll refund your money, minus shipping.

Looks like BS to me. Looks like it would actually raise EGT's because its holding it against the turbo. And how could wrapping the turbo make it spool faster.

Keeping the heat in the exhaust system from the manifold through the up pipe and turbo will certainly help with spool time. How much help I would expect to see just with a turbo sock? I would expect better results by eliminating the EGR scoop in the up pipe. A zoodad mod will do more for lowering intake air temps. Just MHO.
