SCT strategy problems

Hey guys i ordered a X-3 from innovative diesel and i got the X-3 but im still waiting on them to send me my tunes. They said they need my strategy that starts with "VX" and i hooked up the X-3 to the truck and it pulled two different strategy's and niether of them started with VX. Is this a big problem or will Eric still be able to write me tunes. i think the problem might be that i know a ford engineer and he reprogramed my ECU for a little bit more power and dont get me the truck rips with his file on there but of course i want the power #'s from innovative. Has anyone else ran into this problem. i guess wat im saying is do i have to reflash my ECU back to stock?

Innovative may have just guessed that it would s tart with those two letters. Those two sets of numbers and letters are your entire strategy. That is what they need.

i gave them all those nubers and eric said the first set of numbers dont make sense and the second set is my transmission strategy

Eric is right the strategies all start with VX if the dont somethings goofy

yea i agree something is goofy. now i gotta get the ECU reset some how by my dealership but i dont know if im still under warranty do u think they'er going to charge me?

Hmmmm thats a strange one. I would ask the ford engineer what he did. your stragety should start with a VX

I would think they would charge you like 100-150 to reflash unless you have a buddy at a stealership.

yea they wanted a $100.00 so i got my engineer reseting the box so by nesy week ill have innovative's tunes
