Cost of water meth injection fluid

How much does the water meth injection fluid cost per gallon and where do you get the meth for refills?

i never bought mine off the internet or anything, a local speed shop by my house sells it and i would get it from there. i knew the owner as well so i got it at a cheap price. its not very expensive at all. plus you are mixing it 50/50 , 60/40, whatever you want. i had a 7 gallon reservoir and i filled it up once in about the 5 months that i had it.

i paid 5 bucks a gallon and i was running it 50/50 so i paid like 20 bucks for 4 gallons of it

I get mine from Chem-Stat in Tampa, FL for around 3 dollars a gallon its been a few months though should be cheaper now

Don't you go thru about one 7 gallon tank of the mix per tank of fuel? Does it change/improve your milage figures to help offset the cost of the meth? How about the water, straight from the tap or do you have to run distilled water? I just want to know if it is economical to run if you don't really need it, you know good supplemental cost of diesel fuel, ie., saves you money all together.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm looking to save money on fuel, and I understand that there are several benefits to this system as well, lower egt's and a little boost in power (I like MORE POWER!).

i think if you calculate it this way i would say no....

i would just run straight water... its nearly free and it will still bring down your EGT's... plus cooler air is more dense air providing better HP...

wont be as much as running water and meth but if you run just water then it can be beneficial for MPG

Is it true that you can run windsheld washer fluid. I thought I read that it the diesel power magazine. I could be wrong.
