aftermarket air filter

I am gonna replace my air filter in my truck. Should I stay with the OEM or will I see a difference with an aftermarket filter?

You probably won't notice any performance gains. It might make your turbo sound a little louder if anything. The stock filter is just as good as any others.

with the mods you have I'd just replace the stock filter with another OEM one. The stock blue donaldson filters have the best filtration hands down and they flow pretty darn well. If you're planning on injectors, turbo, fuel system upgrades in the future you might think about an aftermarket CAI now as a supporting mod for future plans, but its not really necessary for you at this point in time.
