DO you have an x3 or an XCAL 3?
The X3's dont have canned tunes where the XCAL 3's do

If you are needing tunes, you will have to buy them from someone who writes them.
Innovative tunes are pretty popular around here

At one time spartan had some free ones on their website.

You will also need to download the drivers from the SCT website and install them on your computer

Since she got it from innovative I'm assuming that tunes come with the deal.

You need to use the X3 to pull the strategy off your truck.

(Plug it into your truck, go to "Vehicle Info" then click on "read strategy")

Then Email your strategy and what tunes you want to Innovative.

ok still unable to download my tunes i had matt go in remotely and he said they downloaded but they didnt load
