window tint percentage?

iam geting some window tint put on this friday and heard some bad stories about 5% all around with an eye brow? would it look bad with 5% over the back 2 windows and the complete slide back window. and the 2 passenger doors 15% would it look goofy mixed?
Bad
1. its illegal
2. cant see deer or turning very well in the dark even
3. have to turn your monitor light off so you can see

1. no one can see you

I think it would look good mixed. Just be a b1tch to see at night though. With the tint i have i have to put my windows down to back up so i can see my mirrors. No idea what % it is though, already on the truck when i bought it.

you might have to put the windows down to see out of it at night when making turns into driveways or backing up etc.

Well...I guess it depends on your lifestyle, if you do illegal things, then you wouldnt want to single yourself out..

haha on my truck i have 2.5% on the back 3 windows 5% on the two front windows. 30% down the whole front window with a 12 inch 5%eyebrow and i love it!!!!!!!!!

I used to have an s-10 extended cab with 5% all around and on top of factory tint in back and like 30% on windshield. So really all you could see was my knuckles on the steerin wheel but as far as getting pulled over it only happened once to me in the 5 years I had it. I think it just depends on where you live. I liked it but I wouldnt do it again cause I really hated not being able to see more than like 5 feet from my truck at night I had to roll down the windows to back up!

As far as mixing tint %'s to me it would look goofy I have 15% all the way around with a brow and you cant see me in mine? Well in the daytime you can see my outline but you cant make out who I am

I don't know what is on my truck, but it is really dark. I hate backing up at night since its hard to see. I have to put down my side windows when backing up at night to make sure I don't go off the driveway. I'm really considering getting rid of it. I think it looks really good though with my True Blue paint.
I use my sunglasses much much less then in my car (which has tint, just not nearly as dark)

lol yeah i dont do illegal things that i now of..i was kinda thinking about doin 15%. i like the though of people not being able to see the person inside but id rather have it that way then backing into a car or something else lol

They wont be able to see you with 15% just maybe your outline
