tire fitment size?

iam about to buy some tires and rims but ran into a little issue? will 33x12.50 fit under my rig with a leveling kit or will they rub i really dont want that wide of a tire but make it look better on diamo 18x10 rims?

I don't see why they would rub, I have stock rims with 315s on it and I have 0 rubbing.

315mm so that is roughly 12.5"

how close are they to rubing? do they stick out very fare?

No they don't stick out with the stock rims. I would take pics but it is too dark now. There are lots of guys one here running 12.5" wide tires on stock rims, maybe one of them will chim in here and already have pics taken. Not I will shoot some tomorrow.

I have 33x12.5x17's on stock 17x7.5's and they look too darn small.... I dont like them and wish I had bigger ones (common complaint right haha) but they were cheap and I needed tires. My 34 swampers looked OK for height, but not wide enough. I'm definitely getting 35's next go around. The 33's would probably look a lot better on wider rims though. Just dont have the height, they dont really fill the fenders.
