Alot of people really like it. Rodslinger(Alan) has a stage three on his, and I think he has been real pleased with it, but I will let him speak to that. I have not heard any problems running both. I know if you are planning on doing any sled pulls, alot of rules will let you run straight water and they will not let you run or N20. basicly, if you are running 100% water, it cools your egts several hundred degrees. If you are running upto a 50/50 mix with H2O and Meth, I belive you can get a pretty decent HP boost as well. But, all of this is from what I have read and heard, so no real first hand knowledge, but I hope this helps any way.

I would run water before I would run propane. The cylinder pressures made by propane would be higher than that of water/meth injection.
