Diesel specialists in my area?

I've been searching for some sort of diesel specialists in the san diego or so cal region to check out my truck. I'm looking to upgrade to studs, new gaskets, injectors, EGR delete, and what not, but I don't really trust anyone around me to break open my engine. Does anyone know anyone around my area who specializes in this, without taking it to my ford dealer obviously? Thanks.
