PHP Gryphon?

Hey guys, what's the scoop with the Gryphon programmer? When I had my F150 it seemed to be the product of choice. But, now that i have a 6.0L the SCT seems to be it and there is very little positive feedback on the Edge or the Gryphon. I ask, because Bill is in the prcess of updating my Gryphon to run on my 6.0L which is only costing me $ for a pyrometer and shipping. Bill's a good guy and enjoyed the Gryphon on my 5.4L but, is the Gryphon worth running on the 6.0L? Or should I be looking for a new programmer? thanks
My truck: 06' f250 6.0L screw, 6" pro comp, 20x12 rockstars, 325/60/20 toyos, CAI, no muffler, Gryphon on the way w/ canned tunes.

Havent heard of anyone running it on a 6.0. But Bills tunes are normally pretty decent.

Most people run custom tuned SCT's on a 6.0

You will be just fine with Bill's programming on the 6.0. No worries. Bill has been around a day or two on the programing side of things, and next time you talk to him, tell him I said if he needs any pointers on it to give me a call

I still want one but the 6.0 bug bit hard and I gotta pay for that stuff first. I really like the option of flashing your ficm or rolling back your strategy with the Gryphon.
Some guy are saying their SCT tuning is weaker with the latest strategy, so it just makes the Gryphon look even better!

2005 Excursion Limited 6.0 4X4
PHP tuned Swamps 58v FICM
Edge Insight CS, with universal 0-100psi sensor for fuel pressure
SCT tunes by Quick Tricks and Gearhead
Sinister EGR Delete and Coolant filtration kit w/Cat EC-1
6.4 banjo bolts
Ford fuel pressure spring kit
High Idle Mod
ARP head studs
Magnaflow 4" turbo back w/muffler
Powermax turbo
Firestone Ride-Rite air bags
Retro Solutions 55w 4300k digital HID's

Never heard of anyone running a Gryphon when I was modding my 2002 F150 Supercharged Harley truck. Everyone on the Harley board and the Lightning board ran SCT with an occasional Predator.
