SCT options

I got my SCT X3 from innovative diesel, just received my tunes from Eric, and I was wondering, do i need to change any of the options before I program, for instance, axel ratio, tire size? or did this all come on my custom tune already cause I had mentioned it to innovative diesel before I got my custom tunes?

Metstroke06, lone Ranger here, setting up mine as well..

Better verify that with Eric at Innovative.... I will say this, he made me get the current strategy off my stock truck through the SCT first, which I have sent him... That should take into account what the truck came with... You would need to tell him anything you have changed from Stock, like tyre size... So he can take that into account.

And maybe you have discovered this, but how do you tell what Tune you are running on your SCT...

I could juggle between a Performance Tune for top fuel economy, and a Tow Safe Tune to protect my Tranny...

How do you tell which one you are in, if you forget where you are at..

I have not found that one yet.... But it would be a good question as you could juggle between tunes like me...

I'm assuming Eric or Ted already got that info from you. It should already be in the files. Just load and go! Only time you should have to adjust tire revs or gearing is if you put on bigger tires or change your own gears. I wouldn't recommend changing anything else in the options parameters.
