New toys for the duty today

So I took my truck in to a my buddy's shop today. Got the trans. flushed and serviced. I also picked up a couple more DiProcol gauges I'm going to be installing pretty quick here. I'm going to pull an all nighter tonight as I go on night shifts tomorrow night, so that way I can hopefully sleep all day tomorrow. So back to topic... Got in a spendy mood, so because he happened to have a brand new banks (yes I said it...) technicooler in stock I wound up coming home with that installed Definately a nice product, comes with all new plumbing and boots, also the high ram intake elbow is included too. I noticed that on the highway cruising my EGT's were about 50* cooler on average, and the few WOT runs I made I couldn't get it past 1400* whereas before I could touch 1500* pretty easy with the Xrace file. Nice little unit! Also came home with a set of billet bumper inserts to match the ones in my grill... I've been working a lot of OT for the past few months, I guess I finally decided to treat myself...

Got to go pull the commander out of my truck first. There'll be a for sale thread soon for the commander and my used intake elbow, I think I have the stock 6.0 I/C sold already.

Yeah you did Dave.

I wish I'd have taken some pics of the install for my collection, but seeing how I wasn't even thinking about buying an I/C before I went there today I didn't throw my camera in the truck... Live and learn. I guess next time I make a trip over there I'll make sure to bring it.
