SCT Lag ?

Question I have an 06 f250 5" exhuast with Xcal tuner. When I get on it there is a lag in the power kicking in, it seem to hesitate then it gets going? Almost like it stutters for 2 seconds then goes. Any ideas?

never heard of them.... i would suggest you call them up and let them know about the lag... im sure they can correct it with some tuning...

if not get some tunes from Eric at innovative diesel... they are the top dogs for tuning on the 6.0L

I have tunes from 4 of the big names in 6.0 tuning and Eric's tunes are the best.

I think those may be canned tunes you are running. It sounds like it. I would ask if they are custom written or are they what SCT sends out already on their tuners? If they are what comes on the tuner, you need custom tuning!
