XCal 2 Problem

I'm having a problem with my XCal 2. When I plug it it to my OBD2 port the programmer comes on, then I go to select a tune and it tells me to "Turn truck on but don't start." I then turn the truck on and the tuner does nothing. Its not recognizing when I turn the truck on. Anyone have this problem? I need to return my turn to stock and take it to the dealer, but I can't get the tuner to work right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Rob

For some reason it is not recognizing your truck. I would give Eric a call. I am sure he can help you.

Okay so Eric had me contact SCT tech support. SCT told me to check all my relays and fuses, and if nothings wrong there then check the battery voltage. Well everything looks good, and I haven't had any battery problems so I'm still stuck with a tuner that doesn't recognize "key On!"

Anyone have any other suggestions?
