Whats the deal with SCT

Hey all,
Searched and can't really find what i'm looking for. I have a bullydog powerpup right now but I want SCT with I believe eric from innovative's tunes sound the best to me... So how does it work... I buy the X3 and then and i have to pay for the individual tunes? bes tplace to order from? How much do individual tunes cost? Thanks

If you order the X3 from innovative or Raul@ Stealth the tunes are included or you can upgrade to an extreme tune for a little extra.

you get 3 custom tunes when you buy the tuner. you pay 80 for the xtreme tune (160 hp tunes)

if you already have gauges this is the kit you want: SCT X3 Custom Innovative Diesel Tunning

you dont have to pay extra for tunes unless you want the extreme tune upgrade... which would be 2 standard custom tunes and 1 extreme tune...

I just got my sct last wednesday X3 no tunes loaded from innovative,once you send your strategy(fords flash)# email to innovative they will send your tunes,be patient may take a couple days to your email,(well worth the wait)but before you can load the tunes to x3 or live wire you have to have the latest up dates from sct go to their web sight and click on tec support and down load the software,and my have to down 2.0 frame works,go to micro soft web sight if you don't have it already.I'm very happy with my tunes,my mpg went up from 16.8 avg high way to 20.1 i know it can be better if i kept the loud petal of the floorbut what fun would that be

do the SCT tunes roll coal i have heard they dont smoke much

they smoke a significant amount at the beginning when the turbo is spooling up, then it cleans up really well. when in park you can rev it up and get a pretty good cloud. less smoke is the result of good tuning
