LiveWire too big and bulky?

How big is the livewire display. I like the features of it but I was told that I might not like because its kinda bulky. I have the edge right now which is small.

Or should I get the Xcal3 with some gauges?

my vote is for the X 3 and the gauges.. depending on which gauge setup you go with it will be around the same price.....

noone makes a pod for the livewire so you will have to suction it onto your windshield

well i dont recommend that.. .

now you could do that but you have no way of accurately reading trans temp... the stocker is just a dummy light...

only way to get an accurate trans temp is by putting a prob in.. so thats the reason i highly recommend a set of gauges

Raul are you saying that you can not read trans temp with edge? what about the edge insight with egt probe?so the insight can not read trans tem through the obd port accurately?i like the all in one set up it's nice and clean,i'm on the fence on getting one because it may or may not be accurateso Mag- Hytec pan with probe is the the way to go with a separate gauge or can i use stock pan with weld in bung and if so where do i get that???

I'd recommend the X3 with custom tuning and the Insight for monitoring.

The Livewire is a great device for datalogging, but rather bulky as a monitor.

I think the livewrie is great as a monitor, I admit it is a bit large, but for me I think its fine. I was thinking about getting the pod for the A-pillar for the livewire, but it would delete my grab handle on that side, and I could not do that.

IYO would you say its alot bigger then the edge? I would imagine that its not too bad being they have a pillar mount for it.

I'd say it isn't much bigger than the edge, but I'm going on specs and pics from the website, cause I've never seen an edge in person before.
