Dtc P0015

Ok got my stc up loaded

i checked for dtc before the upload, and found P00I5 exhaust cam over retarded what doe's that mean?is this Y my runs like crap

i always felt my truck did not run right since day one but the dealer says is just fine

I reckon so about the truck running like crap. I've never had that code pop up on me.
