The Granny needed a lift!

Even through all of her turmoils she has never been towed until now! I have been bitten by the FASS fuse blowing bug! Thankfully we had not started our trip as of yet and were still in Concord waiting to leave when it started happening. I did find out this morning, that now all diesel people are helpful and I very loudly and not very lady-like told them about it! Here was a lady with legs sticking out of from under a truck with tools out and not a friggin one of them even stopped to offer to help, they just kept on walking by. I was parked in a Cracker Barrel parking lot with 0 fuel pressure. The 1st fuse was blown and I was trying to get to it to get it out. I blew the 2nd fuse within 3 miles. It has not been a good day. I have to say thank you to Scott for his patience with me on the phone. At one point I was crying and throwing tools cuz things were not going like they should have been! Poor Tim was already in Arkansas so he felt kinda helpless and just kept trying to calm me down but, I was stressed to the max! Anyway here are some pics of the old girl getting her first rollback ride.

It looks like Saturday before we may be getting on the road to Arkansas. We are sitting in a hotel room in Winson/Salem. The truck is sitting at Trucks Unlimited where I know she will get excellent care. At least I will get a special treat before I go!

Sounds fishy to me! Tims gone, truck "breaks down", and Granny and truck end up at the "Chrome Thong Headquarters"!

Seriously, hope you get her going, and have a safe trip.

Sorry to hear about the delay Terri.

On a positive note, Granny is getting the best treatment possible, and one last chrome thong session before she goes to Arkansas.
