just got my 140x

I can only compare it to the srl+. the 140x has a nice response to it. it feels really solid off the line and climbs to 80 pretty quick. off of my cts its showing my mpg up 2 mpg over srl+. obviously I haven't been able to run a tank through it yet to calculate. im not sure what the boost #s should be on 140x maxed I was at 20-22, srl+ I could hit 27-29. I shot them an email. just any feedback on boost for a stock truck running the 140x would be nice.

20-22 psi of boost is completely normal for our 140x

Nope
We go off the theory that you build power by getting the air in and out of the motor as efficiently possible. PSI is just a measurement of restriction. 32 psi is not needed to have the truck build good power.

I will say when you load the motor your fuel maps will change and as a result you will see more boost

Hope this helps to explain why you only see 20 - 22 psi

I just got back from driving up in the mountains. the later lock up did help as I was never searching for a gear where I had before. I don't believe that it was really helped it though. besides you playing with the shift points I was always in my power band and the power band is the other thing. I don't know what the torque is but im guessing it has a good amount more then the srl+. wether I was cruising at 70 or on the hills I always had torque at my disposal. when someone on here said you hit the nail on the head that was an under statement. the tune works for my truck and my driving style.

Same here... The shift points and power band is right in line....
I can drive it like a fat azz or like I stole it and the shifting stays the same SMOOTH and I always have power to pass at ANY SPEED
