Just about all of them do the job pretty good. Just stay away from the halfa$$ puck way and if you go with a J tube style one make sure the tube is welded to the aluminum cap. You can get nice kits for about $100. Sinister and all that's good but your paying for the name and the shinny blue paint.

I know a few guys running this kit, seems pretty good quality, and none have had problems so far. and if/when they do it has a life time guarantee.

I went with the Sinister kit on my truck, it was more expensive but I read good things about all of their products so I went with them. The early 6.0's wont throw a CEL with an EGR delete but the later years will, so if you have a late model 6.0 you would need a tuner/scanner like SCT to turn off the CEL.

So the 2006 model needs to be tuned when you do a egr delete on it

I think a lot of it has to do with the strategy of the ECM. For whatever its worth, I have an 07 with a egr delete, I left the egr valve in and plugged in and don't have a CEL.

From all that I have read, no one will argue the quality of the IPR egr delete kit. The only issue is that it will not work with a bullet proof diesel oil cooler set up.

I personally just welded my egr cooler.......looks stock and cheap!
