Power pup to 2 different vehicles?

Before i contact bully dog tomorrow, i was wondering if the Bully Dog Power Pup that is compatible with 6.4 and the 6.0 can be used to tune a 6.4 and a 6.0 at the same time? The tuner is used to tune my dad's 6.4, but i was wondering if i could take it and tune my 6.0 by selecting "press N for 6.0L" instead of "Y for 6.4L"? Would i have to put the 6.4 back to stock and then tune the 6.0? Or would it mess up everything and i not be able to tune the 6.4 again? Or would it not tune 2 different motors at the same time? Cause it give me a choice on which motor to choose everytime we re program the 6.4. When we select 6.4 it has the VIN of the 6.4 locked, but would it make the 6.0 tuning impossible being that it knows the 6.4 VIN?

Don't tune your truck with that programmer. You'll be sorry.

If you do try it. You'll have to tune the 6.4 back to stock or "divorce" it from the 6.4. Then it will "marry" itself to the 6.0 and you can tune it.

I just want a towing tune. Not trying to get crazy. I pull a 24' bay boat and a 32' camper. Just looking for something to help me get some better mpgs and some power. Figured i could tune with my dad's programmer instead of spending money on a new one, cause he's about to swap to H&S

You would have to put the 6.4 back to stock like Matt said. Now that I have an SCT and custom tunes I wouldn't recommend anything else for your 6.0. But with that said I ran a bullydog on mine for 100k before I knew better and never broke anything.
