EGR up pipe

When I bought my 05 I had the dealer install a Egr delete, but I see they didnt change the up pipe. If I change the up pipe, will there by any performance increase, turbo spool faster, cooler egt's?

Thanks,
Ray

Considering the exhaust flow will now be directed solely at the turbine you could feel a increase in turbo spool. My 2006 up-pipe has the scoop inside and once removed made a big difference in turbo spooling.

The Sinister Y-Pipe does away with this pipe entirely and made a noticeable difference over my factory up pipe. Easy to install to boot.
