What kind of turbo are you going to do? All that fuel will be hard on the stocker. I would say you will be around the 475-500 range, w/ a good turbo. I am no expert but i would say that would be a good guess. Also After the 500 hp mark your tranny isn't going to last, unless you baby it and never run it hard. When I went from my 61mm turbo to the 67.8 The tranny didn't like the new power at all. And that only took about 4 boost launches a coulpe days after I put it on. Now I am dealing w/ a major flair from 3rd to 4th untill I get my suncoast rebuild kit and stall convereter.

I am not sure on the labor rates, but I would have 6-7k ready at least for injectors, fass, studs, turbo kit, Reg return,. Then you might as well do a inercooler while you are in the business and you will be set. After that you will need another 3-4k for the tranny when it deciedes to take a dump. This is all just estimates in my head, but it should be some what close. Those are just parts no labor.

With 190s a stocker might be OK....just depends on the tune. I run an 03 turbo, but it takes N2O to clear up the smoke. On my XStreet tune, it'll leave a haze down the road, but not "black out the entire street" type smoke.
As for trans...if you aren't running the BIG TIME power files and beating on the truck off every light...with the proper tuning the stocks trans can hold up quite nicely. I am still running on a stock trans myself.

ive got mich bigger injectors than 190's an still a stock trans after a lot of boosted launches. just dont beat on it every time you take off or every where you drive. watch the temp to see if it is really slipping. ive only seen mine get about 195 and that was even at the track.

damn 195 that what you call hot lol i dont think she will last much longer with those temps. and DKR you said you have industrial injection 190cc injectors i only see 7.3 injectors for sale on there website?
