Edge EGT sensor stopped working

I bought a Edge Insight with the EGT probe back in July for my truck, I installed everything and it is a great setup and was working fine however a few days ago, I noticed that the Insight is not detecting my EGT probe anymore. I checked all the connections as well as the probe to make sure its all in good shape and also tried resetting the Insight with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would contact Edge. Sounds like a monitor problem.

Just got the same problem. My probe has been installed for about two weeks and been working good. Today it worked as well but I parked the truck for about two hours and then restarted. At this time no EGT temp on my Insight CS screen. Also found that in the settings where you set alerts I found no sellection for EGT Temps. I unpluged the unit several times but it did not fix it. Did you find out what the problem was with yours. At this time Edge is closed so I will have to call tomorrow.
