Vivans Looney Tune issues

Just wondering if anybody has had any issues with the looney tune, Ive been in touch with them about it but wanted to see what everybody else thinks. Ok so with the tune loaded when the truck is cold and I start it to let it warm up when the high idle kicks in the trucks stalls out, it runs rough and white smoke like crazy. But if I leave the truck plugged in over night and go out in the morning to start it it runs fine no stalling. What is going on here????? If I return it to stock it runs fine dead cold sitting all day at start up no stalling when high idle kicks in. Not to blame vivans tune cuz ive heard great things about the looney but if it keeps stalling at warm up when high idle kicks in ill have to try something else. there are no codes when it stalls and it starts right back up after stalling

Try another tune from a different company. I like Vivian's tunes and she had great customer service when I used them.

I am using innovative extreme street tune with PI. It runs better on my Excursion. Faster, less black smoke, not as noisy (due to PI turned on) and shifts better thank the looney tune I had.

OK guys, unless you live where it is cold, don't clog up his thread with useless info. A lot of the tunes do not behave well on cold trucks, that's why it works OK for him when he has it plugged in.

what your location?
what are your temps?
are you running a fuel additive or gelling?

i am running the looney tune also and its been a few time now from 20 degrees to negative temps here in MD with these snow storms and i dont have the luxury of pluggin my truck in due to living in a townhouse and my truck not near a place to plug it in. i havent had any issues with it starting when my oil temp on my livewire was 1 degree. and def no issue when it hits high ideal.
