Turbo & Injector upgrades
Ok I have been kicking this around for a bit now and now that my 2004 6.0 is soon to be paid off I would like to have a 12 second everyday driver. I will still use my SCT programmer along with what I want to get. I'm thinking of using a 190 hybrid injector and a aftermarket 500 HP drop in turbo and head studs. What are you using and how is it working for you? Do you feel your engine and trany are holding up to it?

i run 12.3 with a bottle and an sct
Edit***if you are planning on upgraded, I would do some fuel mods, and a tranny upgrade, or at least a better converter..mine is totally done |

I've heard of people running the little blue bottle and getting 12's but I was gona hold off on that for the track only.

![]() what are you trying to do with the truck...maybe that will help others know what setup would be good for you. IMO it just looks like everyone does the vgt ss or ho and a pair of 190s |

I don't run on the track, only a 2wd
not quite sure what I would run if I had a 4wd but I do have a 500+ daily driver and I am not runing 190s. It can be done without going that big on injectors. All my mods are in my sig, except the Suncoast Superduty Rebuild Kit with the Billet input shaft. You will have to have the bottle to run 12s on the track.

I would like to have my truck as a 12 sec DD w/just a turbo and injectors but also been thinking of just building a singlecab swb race truck and go all out on it being right now I might be able to get another 6.0 for pretty cheep.
