Head Gasket and Parts while I'm there

06' F250 KR FX4 57, 896 miles
I've got a possible headgasket failure or at the very least an EGR cooler problem. I've been gather parts and putting together everything 1 piece and package at a time. Here's what I have so far.

*OEM head gaskets
*new dummy plugs and stand pipes
*ARP head studs
*exhaust manifold gaskets
*Intake manifold gaskets
*stc replacement kit
*turbo gaskets kit
*blue spring
*oil cooler -bought cheap ebay one and I know I'm gonna have to get the OEM version

I'll weld up the EGR cooler myself and cut scoop out...

Going to flush coolant system and get a coolant filter to put on

Do I need the upgraded turbo line and or drain tube?

In yall's opinion is there anything else I should look at or do while I'm there. This forum has so far been a wealth of knowledge. I know so much about the dang truck I think I could tell someone on the phone how to do this whole project.

Should I go ahead with a 4" exhaust and gauges aswell. I know gauges seems pretty significant above any and all modifications. What would be an economical set of backlit pillar gauges and would you go 3 or 4 gauge set up or skip the gauges and get the programmer with the digital gauges that I've seen bouncing around on some posts...

Thanks
John
