What size nozzles?

I am going to run 350cc conventionals, getting closer little by little. Anyway, would 125's work fine, or should I get the 150's I see in the few threads these injectors pop up in? Thanks guys.

I'd go with the 150s for that size

I would guess that's because 125's wouldn't empty the barrel fully?

I wouldn't think that a 125 could empty that entire body. Might even look into going with 200s

Here is some food for thought right off of Warren Diesel facebook page

All at 4000icp
500cc 300% nozzle
Stock spool valve
2.4ms 2600rpm 340cc

So with a 300% nozzle he is only dumping 340cc of fuel. I know he has the ability to modify the spool valve to flow more fuel but when I asked him about it he did not recommend it for a daily driver.

Right now jesse is running 350/75s and dumps about 240cc of fuel

I would think a 300% would be just a tad much, don't you?

How do you actually plan on using this thing when its all done David? Is it a competition truck or just a play toy...daily driver dare I even ask?....Heaven forbid I say the word tow? lol...I cant help much on the nozzle size, just along for the show, I cant wait to see how your build turns out.

It'll be a dd/toy. I have another vehicle in case one of our contraptions tears up. It'll tow, my big butt around that is.

I don't mind having to be easy on the throttle for dding, but I understand its gonna smoke some, oh well that's life. Just gotta tune out what I can.

Oh, and as a teaser, the intake ports weighed in at 453cc. Exhaust is beyond top secret, just know they are a smidge larger, hehe. If they work line I hope, I'll let the design out.

But god, the fab work for this is never ending. The firewall is all good, now working around the inner fenders, then the core support area.

You could run 100s if you're really wanting good atomization, but I don't think you'll push 350cc of fuel unless you run some rediculous timing. 100 nozzles should allow for you to dump about 260-270ccs of fuel in a 1000 shots at 4000 psi of ICP and 2.4-2.5ms of PW.
