Innovative aggressive Street tune observations

Ok guys & gals I am running innovative diesel aggressive street tune. What is happening is, when the trans shifts into 3 or 5th gear the truck seems to nose down a bit. Definitely not pulling as hard. With that said I never see above 22psi in boost no matter what gear I'm in. Some readings I observed in my last pull at WOT are:
Injector pulse width is 2.44
ICP pressure max is 2129psi I know Eric does something with this so it displays a little crazy
IPR duty cycle is 74% max
Boost max 22.77 psi

My truck has 5 Reman motorcrafts, 5" from down pipe back,so I don't think I have any restrictions in flow holding boost back. I would think I should see anywhere around 28-30 psi with this.

I have deleted EGR, blue spring upgrade and the ECU strategy of VXCF9H7 I've heard this strategy will make a truck loose power too.

Any thoughts?

boost leak, id check the cac boots, sometimes they are hard to see, look for dust sticking to an oily mess. A mirror wil make looking at the ones on the IC easier to inspect.

might have a slight boost leak and also sounds like you have the 3-5 shift flare, very common issue. they make a direct drive solenoid for the trans which fixes the issue for 50% of the people. i would hit chris b up at truck source diesel and get his spd (super panty dropper) and try it out. his tunes are spot on and IMHO far superior than innovatives tunes and might even fix that 3-5 flare?
