Where to Start

I've spent most of my time on this site figuring out how to make my truck reliable.

In addition to the regular maintenance - only motorcraft filters, archoil 9100 fuel additive in every tank, coolant filter (with Rotella ELC), bypass oil filter - I have done the following:

blue spring, STC fitting, upgraded turbo feed tube, standpipes & dummy plugs, recently cleaned my boots and did a CCV reroute, new oil cooler and egr cooler, monitoring the essentials (including fuel pressure and EGT) with the Edge CTS, tuned with Vivian's Looney for over a year now..All looks good, delta is in the 6-8 range cruising at 60.

Anyhow, I have about 115k on my '06 CC, and I'm turning to this forum once again to see if I can get some recommendations for power.

Where do I start? Is it worth waiting on performance upgrades until I take care of studs and headgaskets (probably the #1 performance upgrade)?

There are guys who are getting away without doing them, but I look at it as a WHEN the gaskets will go vs IF the gaskets will go...but as of right now if your not ready to do studs, I'd do a egr mia, blue spring mod, and 6.4 banjo's. good inexpensive mods that will benefit you in the long run.
