need a little help

I already know about sct but i want to know the pros and cons of
bullydog pmt
bullydog turbo back exhaust
bullydog air intake

would just like to know the pros and cons of this set-up

The PMT is a cool display thats about it really. The tunes are ok, but dont compare to custom SCT files.

The intake and exhaust are ok pieces as well. But IMO you dont need to upgrade the intake on the 6.0. Mine was in the truck when i bought it otherwise i would not have.

If you want an alternative on the exhaust check out MBRP thats excellent stuff.
Or if you are on a budget check out Farmboys Diesels aluminized kit. Its great alot of people here run it

what does the sct do that bullydog doesnt

see im in the middle of putting a deal together with bullydog

how about the edge platnium w/attitude

I have the older version of Bully Dog. I have the Triple Dog w/ Outlook. I really like the push on fly to adjust your tunes. JUST A SLIGHT BUMP and it's that simple. I can also change my own transmission tunes. Smooth, Firm or Slam!! Some do not like the affect on the transmission shifts. YOU DO have to properly set it up and let the PC learn the new program. Been happy with mine! ONLY THING I DISLIKE THOUGH ......... I have a MAC computer and can't do my own upgrades unless I choose to download Windows. SCT is the same. Neither are compliant to MAC at this time.
I do like the fact that SCT has custom tunes to your truck and does show more HP and Torque.
Hope some can chime in with PMT. They look awsum!!

Just get the SCT. It's around the same price and the tunes are custom made for your truck if you buy tunes from a SCT tuner person. The thing is with the 6.0's electrical system is on the fly tune selecting isn't the correct way to tune a 6.0. All that on the fly adjustments do are "trick" the sensors on the engine to make power. Now with an SCT it actually re-programs the PCM and pulls the stock file out on puts its own performance file but the problem with this is whenever you want to change the tune you need to turn the truck off then go threw the process.

Edge juice is almost the worst thing you can do to a 6.0

If it was me I would start a deal with SCT. Take a look around here and 98% of all the other diesel forums. SCT is what 97% of the members run on their 6.0's. Its because the SCT tunes more parameters on the truck than anyone out there for the 6.0. And the custom tuning is the icing on the cake
