can they keep up...

im looking at getting a new truck and i was leaning towards a 06-07 6.0 f350 and i was woundering if they'll keep up with the dmax and cummins? i would def do the studs and egr delete and swap the turbo for starts but what the likly hood of smoking etheir the cummins or the dmax?? what about the 7.3 do they have a chance??

the 6.0L is def faster then the 7.3L but i dont think you have a big chance of winning against a modded duramax or cummins... you will have to dump more money then they will to get to the same HP range

The ford is a great truck, but dollar for dollar you'll be outmatched by the others in a HP/TQ war. If you're looking to race or pull alot the dmax's and cummins are tough to beat. That being said I love my Ford.

Stock vs stock, I can get a pretty good lead on my buddy's 04.5 Cummins. My brothers 7.3 doesnt have a chance no matter the situation. My cousins LBZ is flat out quick.

Or you could have the best of both worlds and build yourself a Fummins.

The Cummins is an awesome motor, but I just hate the trucks. If I won the lotto, the first thing I'd do is slap a built twin turbo 5.9 in mine.
