EGR DELETE W/MANIFOLD MODDED

OK GANG!!! We have discussed this EGR and SMOKE issue till I'm Smoked In The Face
Here It Is: Head Studs Installed, Up Pipe Blocked Off, EGR Valve Welded Shut.
I'm Blowing White-Grey-Blueish Smoke Again. Didn't pull egr valve to see if saturated.....I'm sure it is. Loosing coolant little by little
OK: what is BEST DIRECTION GANG?? Another EGR Cooler or total DELETE Innovative has this manifold 6.0L EGR Cooler Delete
Anybody use one of these?

I'de say if your mechanically incline do the EGR delete yourself and save $600. It's not the hard. Weld the up-pipe shut, cut the flange off the cooler plug the hole then bolt it back on the intake and then re-route the coolant hose.

your blowing blueish white smoke...

are you sure its a EGR cooler and not a Oil cooler.

by all means do the egr delete but....it may or may not solve the underlying issue which could be a oil cooler.

Up-pipe is welded.
I guess my question is has anybody had a problem with this mod.
Any of those "U" hoses blown as explained in Inovatives web??

If you don't like the U hoses you can always get a U shaped aluminum tubing.

There is a slight hint of blue smoke.
No smoke at all when engine is cold. After 2-3 miles the cloud appears. HEAVY!! I get off the highway after running 15 miles and the smoke clears up a lot. Still there though!! When I first accelerate ......Cloud Appears

Is there anyway that coolant can be leaking by the injectors?
