Industrial hybrid turbo?

I was thinking about going with this turbo. So basically it is a stock rebuilt turbo with internal changes right? How much of a differance is it from a stock turbo? Is there a notice in lower EGT's or quicker spool up? I also hear that it is comparable to the 03 turbo, maybe even a little louder. Thanks

I know stump0331 has one. You could send him a PM and ask him about it. I think the II hypo would be a good upgrade along with some injectors in the 165-190cc range.
