EDIT: Fabtech's support for this has been nothing less than spectacular. They are replacing both ladders.

Well, I have to give it to Fabtech here, they have already responded and said they will be sending me two new ladders. So while I cant say I'm impressed with the quality of the older pieces, their service is nothing less than spectacular.

I will send some new photos and updates once the new ones arrive!
