4'' what will i gain in mpg

My buddy has a 2007 6.0 350 and wants to do full turbo back and a CAI. What mpg gain could he expect from the 4'' exhaust or and what gain from the CAI. thanks yall.

absolutely none. you hear the sound of the turbo and keep your foot on it the entire time.... well i do.

sad but true....

technically it frees up the exhaust gases,.....but in reality....You will roll you window down every time you pass a guard rail, tunnel, or when you go in a parking garage,....just to here the turbo spool up....
