weird shift???

I am running the innovative extreme street tune, and today i got on the interstate and went to pass a truck and the truck got up and went fine, but for some reason it seemed like it wouldnt shift for anyhting. i got nervous and just put the truck in neutral. then put it back in gear about after 2 seconds. it went back into the same gear it was then went to 4500 rpms, then i put it in neutral again. i put it back in gear again and it finally shifted? would you think there is something wrong? or just a delay of shift and ended up getting messed up with me putting it in neutral?

I would just explain that to eric and ask for a new file. Also, don't ever put it in neutral then back into drive.
